CUFF SEASON crafts original, high-quality pieces exclusively designed and manufactured by our carefully selected, experienced team for CUFF SEASON, available only on our official website https://cuffseason.be/
Anyone who infringes upon our exclusive rights by stealing or copying CUFF SEASON designs is legally obliged to pay compensation and damages. Deliberate infringement of copyright or design protection is also punishable by law.
TERMS & CONDITIONS IN SHORT
By ordering any *CUFF SEASON products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian's permission to place an order.
All personal information you provide or that we obtain will be handled securely by CUFF SEASON. Events outside CUFF SEASON's control shall be considered force majeure.
The price applicable is the one set at the date of your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are clearly stated before confirming your purchase. Payment details are transmitted securely using SSL encryption and are not stored by CUFF SEASON.
PRIVACY POLICY
In accordance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CUFF SEASON ensures that all personal data is handled securely. Your information is used for processing orders, deliveries, credit assessments, and marketing offers. FORCE MAJEURE

PAYMENT
CUFF SEASON retains ownership of all products until full payment is received.

- Orders are only processed if billing and shipping addresses match the cardholder’s information.

SHIPPING
- CUFF SEASON is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, missing mailboxes, or unattended deliveries.
- We are not liable for stolen, lost, or damaged parcels once they have been dispatched.
- Some orders require signature upon delivery. The name on the shipping address must match your legal ID to receive the package.
- Shipping delays may occur during holidays or due to customs processing. CUFF SEASON is not responsible for these delays and will not refund or cancel delayed orders.
If you receive a faulty item, contact us immediately at info@cuffseason.be before wearing it. CUFF SEASON will not replace or refund items that have been worn.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final – No returns, no exchanges.
As a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene, production, and environmental reasons. Each item is custom-made to order, ensuring customers receive pristine, unworn products.
Under new EU Ecodesign Regulations (May 22, 2023), returned items cannot be disposed of, further supporting our no-return policy.
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us immediately at info@cuffseason.be on the same day of delivery.
- Do not remove any protective packaging.
- CUFF SEASON will not issue refunds or replacements if the item has been worn or tampered with.
FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY
CUFF SEASON actively monitors and reports fraudulent activity.
- Fraudulent orders will be canceled, refunded, and reported to authorities.
- Fraudulent chargebacks will be legally pursued. Customers who falsely claim stolen parcels must compensate CUFF SEASON for lost income and legal fees.
Customers who waive signature delivery assume full responsibility for lost parcels.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
CUFF SEASON reserves the right to modify prices, product offerings, and terms without prior notice.
If a product is sold out or faulty, CUFF SEASON may cancel the order and issue a refund.
